Advance knowledge of exact dates for events is still hard to come by. Organisers typically use the following means to obtain publicity : - word of mouth
- leaflets and posters issued just a few days prior to the event
- advertisement placed in a paper to be published concurrently or just after the event
- retrospective publicity by news report after the event.
I find that I no longer have the time available nor the enthusiasm to track down and list all the activities going on in the Minervois - and these are increasing each year, thanks mainly to the energy of the incomers, whether French or other foreigners. The northen european incomers are particularly active in developing cultural activities such as concerts.
