The purple line shows the limits of the AOC area. Communes within the AOC area are identified in purple. Those communes outside the AOC wine making area are shown with a red dot.
We have tried to keep the sketch at a size which will display easily on screen (800 x 600 display) and this means that if the file size is to be kept reasonably small, the image resolution will not support the names of all the communes. In order to show the names of each commune, we have arbitrarily split the Minervois into four secteurs : north-west ; north-east ; south-west ; south-east. Click on the links above or directly on the map to move to a more detailed image.
